Designs can be simple or complex in their configuration and our designer will work closely with you to advise you on what is appropriate for your home, listening and taking into account your personal preferences and ideas.
Unique to Vale is our signature roof system with its unrivalled focus on engineering and with its fine glaze bars. This, together with the sides of your conservatory will be enhanced with decorative mouldings and profiles, as we aim to design each and every one of our buildings with a high standard of detail and aesthetic appreciation both externally and internally.
Vale remain true to the genius of the Victorian and Georgian periods of architecture – constantly researching and using detail in terms of proportion and visual accuracy. Our technique of producing a true inset box gutter is labour intensive but this attention to detail achieves aesthetic correctness which we believe is worth the work. We are also able to produce a very fine glazing style in our windows and doors which contain individual efficient double glazed units, made in our own glass shop. Vale also has a dedicated in-house pattern workshop which can replicate existing features from your home and incorporate these into the design of your conservatory. The depth and strength of our diversity to achieve such detail makes our glazed buildings special and unique in every way, from our own paint range to our traditional floor grille heating system.
We believe the only way of achieving total control over the quality of every process and procedure is to carry it all out 'in-house'.
Vale’s purpose built premises in Grantham houses offices and all aspects of production which we believe is key to a successful close working partnership between the design team and production managers.
Vale’s production operation starts with the correct choice of timber and timber treatment, through to making our own glass units. All extrusions used in our buildings are designed in house and made special for us, as are our handles and hinges and other specialist ironmongery and detail. Over the years, we have invested in both factories and machinery to cater for this.
In addition to this, we firmly believe in utilising the very best materials to perform any one function, ensuring that you have a conservatory built to last.
All conservatories are pre-erected in our workshops to minimise time on site, whilst all aspects of our installation on site are carried out by our own expert teams, including leadwork at the house abutment.
